The mission of Alphaette Pearls in Progress is to cultivate leadership, integrity, and service in young women. Through mentorship, community engagement, and personal development, we aim to shape polished, purpose-driven individuals prepared to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
The Alphaette 'Pearls in Progress' Program is designed to develop leadership, scholarship, and service. Each Alphaette will participate in monthly sessions focused on character building, community outreach, career exploration, and etiquette. Mentorship opportunities with members of Alpha Theta Nu will provide guidance and encouragement as each participant progresses through the program.
The program’s goal is to help every Alphaette discover her inner strength and polish her potential into brilliance.
Age Group: 5–22 years old
Alphaettes represent the ceremonial youth tier of Alpha Theta Nu honoring daughters, nieces, godchildren, and young legacies connected to active members or Founders. This tier is designed to instill pride, identity, and early engagement with the sorority’s values through playful rituals and legacy-building experiences.
The Alphaette Program consists of four developmental tiers:
• Pearls in Progress (Ages 5–8)
• Junior Alphaettes (Ages 9–12)
• Teen Alphaettes (Ages 13–17)
• Young Adult Alphaettes (Ages 18–22)
At age 23, members advance to ATN Legacy eligibility.
