Membership Levels & Advancement

Alpha Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. recognizes the lifelong commitment of its members and has established a structured membership level system for non-collegiate members. Members can advance through seven distinct levels based on years of active participation, leadership, and service.

Year 1 Bronze Level

- Completion of new member intake & induction
- Attendance at 2+ sorority events
- Active participation in 1 service project

- Eligible for committee membership
- Access to mentorship programs
- Voting rights at local chapter meetings

Year 2 Silver Level

- Completion of Year 1 requirements
- Attendance at 3+ events
- Participation in 2+ service projects
- Leadership role in 1 committee

- Eligible to hold a local executive position
- Eligible for advanced leadership training
- Exclusive Silver-Level networking events

Year 3 Gold Level

- Completion of Year 2 requirements
- Attendance at 4+ events
- Spearheading 1 service project
- Mentoring at least 1 new member

- Eligible for national leadership positions
- Recognition at annual leadership conference
- Priority access to sorority resources

Year 4 Platinum Level

- Completion of Year 3 requirements
- Consistent participation in major sorority initiatives
- Hosting or organizing a networking event
- Mentorship of at least 2 members

- Invitation to exclusive Platinum Leadership Retreat
- Eligible for sorority ambassador roles
- Special acknowledgment in official publications

Year 5 Diamond Level

- Completion of Year 4 requirements
- Active in philanthropy efforts
- Organizing or leading a professional development event

- Lifetime membership eligibility
- Voting rights in national leadership elections
- Priority in leadership appointments

Year 7 Pearl Level

- Completion of Year 5 requirements
- Continued excellence in leadership, service, and mentoring
- Sponsorship of at least 2 new members

- Honored as a Pearl Member at national convention
- Eligible for honorary executive roles
- Special gifts & commemorative award

Year 10 Lioness Level

- Completion of Year 7 requirements
- Lifetime commitment to the sorority’s mission
- Continued active mentorship & service
- Major contributions to community impact

- Induction into Lioness Circle, the highest level of recognition
- Lifetime honorary status with waived dues
- Exclusive access to VIP events and legacy projects
