Reinstatement Policy

Reinstatement Fee:

If membership is suspended due to non-payment or inactivity, a reinstatement fee

must be paid along with any outstanding dues.

📋 Steps to Reactivate

1. Complete the Reactivation Form
Submit the official Reactivation Request Form online. This helps us update your records and notify the appropriate chapter or national representative.

2. Pay the Reactivation Fee
A reactivation fee of $ 100 is required. Payment options will be available on the form submission page.

3. Submit Any Required Documentation
Depending on your last active status, you may be asked to submit proof of prior membership, identification, or any outstanding dues.

4. Chapter/Regional Review
Your request will be reviewed by the Membership Committee or designated chapter leadership. You will be contacted if additional information is needed.

5. Welcome Call or Meeting
Once approved, a short orientation call or meeting will be scheduled to update you on current initiatives, events, and how to get re-involved.

6. Receive Confirmation & Welcome Packet
You will receive a confirmation email and a Welcome Back Packet with updated member materials and resources.
